Introduction to Clash Meta

Clash Meta is a modified version of the Clash VPN client with improvements designed for more advanced users.It’s especially popular for bypassing geo-restrictions or maintaining privacy while browsing.

Using Clash Meta for Android involves two steps:

Download the Clash Meta software from official link above;
Configure our proxy nodes in Clash Meta following the procedure below.

Setup Procedure

Please refer to screenshots below to download the Clash Meta for Android app:

1. After installation, please open Clash Meta, and you will see the default main page as below. Click “Profile” tag to enter the configuration page:

2. On the following page, click the “+” icon at the top right:

3. Select “Import from URL” on the following page:

4. In the “URL” field, “Paste” the URL received in your email and click “OK”:

5. The page will then show a prompt indicating the node has been downloaded successfully with the word “verifying” displayed:

6. Go back to the main page, and click the “Proxy | Rule Mode” button to view available servers:

7. On the “proxy” page, you will see many servers from different regions. The system will automatically select the most suitable server for you, no action required (you may also switch servers manually).

If this is your first time using a VPN, the Android system may prompt you with “Clash Meta is installing a VPN configuration profile.” Please click “Allow” to complete the installation process successfully.

NOW, you can use our VPN to browse the internet freely!

Please remember: Every time you re-start Clash Meta, tap the “Stopped” button to switch to the “Running” mode.
